A Warm Welcome...

I'm Mark. I run Pebble Professional Development in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

I’m a specialist coach supporting adults with ADHD, including those who aren’t yet diagnosed but feel they might be.

I know what it’s like to face daily stress, missed steps, and frustration. I also understand how you can learn to work with your brain.

You can:

  • Spot your patterns

  • Build new habits

  • Use your strengths

Together, we focus on what matters to you. What would change if ADHD weren’t blocking your path?

About Me

In a nutshell

School didn’t work well for me. The way things were taught didn’t suit how I learned, and I left with only a few qualifications. I wasn’t sure what I’d do — just that I’d figure it out.

For years, I moved between jobs, always searching and drawn to people-focused roles or work that felt new and hands-on. As soon as things became emotionally difficult, restrictive, or I got bored, I moved on.

Looking back, I can see what was going on. I struggled with other people's expectations because of:

  • Not planning and staying organised

  • Losing focus when trying to pay attention

  • Being forgetful

  • Not feeling confident

  • Emotional disregulation

I often felt low, frustrated or restless — and I didn’t know why.

Then, in 2006, when faced with the urge for another job change, I answered a newspaper advertisement looking for people to support the long-term unemployed.

Getting this job changed everything - I mean, everything!

It led me on the path to support others through motivation, better decision-making, life-altering brain-based thinking, and ultimately into coaching.

Since then, I’ve trained, qualified, and built up over 20 years of experience. Clocking up over 500 hours of coaching, where now I help people understand how their minds work — and find ways that work better for them, helping them with their ADHD.

Task paralysis is real!

You’re not lazy. You’re not broken.

You’re just wired differently, and that’s okay

Who I Work With

I support people aged 18 and over, whether they have an ADHD diagnosis or simply relate to the traits. My coaching is always centred around the person — not the label or the problem. We work together to find approaches that reduce stress and help life feel more manageable, one step at a time.

The people I coach come from a wide mix of backgrounds.
They include business owners, managers, leaders in organisations, authors, creatives, entrepreneurs, and fellow coaches.

I also advise organisations on how to support neurodiverse staff. This includes working with leadership teams, heads of service, and HR to create coaching-led environments where people can thrive.

In our sessions, I share strategies that are backed by neuroscience and emotional intelligence. These tools can help you manage ADHD traits in ways that fit your life — whether that's in your career, relationships, or daily routines.

What My Clients Say

Mark has been a great coach. He has supported me during a crucial transition phase in my life and always provided an open, unbiased, and helpful ear during our sessions. I truly feel that I would not have been able to navigate my challenges as successfully as I have without our sessions together.

Mark helped me to think about things in a different way, which helped me gain new ideas about how to move forward. I had a couple of mini revelations! I have gained a greater sense of direction and come away with some ideas of how to improve my own confidence.

Whilst working with Pebble, Mark helped me to identify the main point of my troubles was my lack of self worth. This was missing from my life and yet it is a critical factor of success. I have worked on improving this with Mark over many months with great success.

Mark was very personable, calm and professional. He made the afternoon fun with clear explanations. All resources used were great, felt everything was well planned and prepared, the staff really benefitted from being able to walk away with their information in their hands and I've seen a number of them looking at it since.

What Is ADHD Coaching?...

ADHD coaching is a practical and supportive way to understand how ADHD shows up in your daily life.

It helps you explore what’s getting in the way, and guides you through the challenges with tools that make sense to you.

The focus is on building awareness, improving organisation, managing emotions, and creating routines that work.

Working with a coach who understands how ADHD works in real life can make a big difference. Together, we look at what’s holding you back and build strategies that fit how you think and live.

Over time, ADHD coaching can help you:

  • Focus better and for longer periods

  • Regulate your emotions more easily

  • Manage time blindness and improve time awareness

  • Break goals down into clear, manageable steps

It’s not about changing who you are — it’s about helping you get where you want to be, in a way that works for your brain.

How It Works

The Pebble ADHD Empowerment Programme

Regardless of an ADHD diagnosis or not, whether it’s your career, your relationships, or simply trying to manage the day-to-day, coaching can help you get clear, focused, and confident in your next steps.

You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. You’re just wired differently, and that’s okay.

Living with ADHD symptoms can be exhausting, and you've probably got a thousand ideas, a list of things you should be doing, even an inner voice saying you shouldn't be finding the basics this hard and yet something keeps getting in the way.

If you’re trying to make changes, start something new, or just feel more in control of your day-to-day life, I’d love to support you. Whether you’re managing a team, running a business, or juggling a bit of everything, we’ll work together to help you move forward.

Working over either a 6 or 10 session block, we’ll look at what’s getting in your way and find practical ways to deal with it. You'll receive focused sessions designed to support you in understanding your brain, building helpful strategies, and taking meaningful action in life and work.

My ADHD Empowerment Programme walks you through several sessions on various topics.

  • Understanding ADHD

  • Emotional Regulation

  • Productivity and Focus

  • Building Routines and Structure

  • ADHD in Relationships

  • Managing Stress and Burnout

I use tools such as personality assessments (MBTI) and emotional intelligence (EQi 2.0) reports to help you get to know yourself better, but we always keep things straightforward and useful.

You’ll also receive four ADHD workbooks on Goal Setting, Emotional Regulation, Time Management, and Executive Function — packed with over 200 pages of practical content, tools, and techniques to help you between sessions.

What my clients say

With Mark's ADHD coaching, I have been able to take problems and break them down into manageable chunks, then tackle them bit by bit. This approach has helped me stay on track, whereas procrastination and distractions would have normally hindered my progress.

I found the ADHD coaching programme to be very well structured, with excellent communication throughout. The experience has helped me make real progress towards my goals. Through the sessions, I gained a better understanding of my mindset, thought processes, and how I react in different situations. It also gave me the confidence to share how I feel more openly. Overall, the coaching was excellent and made a genuine difference.

It was a pleasure dealing with mark, who helped me with everything. I got my dream job with his help. Will be using again.

I sought advice from Mark when I was looking to grow my social enterprise and the experience was invaluable. Mark not only provided fantastic practical advice but also listened with empathy to the challenges I was facing. He struck a brilliant balance between offering insightful guidance and serving as a supportive sounding board. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for both strategic advice and a compassionate listener.

I had such a fantastic experience working with Mark. He was friendly, knowledgeable and experienced, and he helped me as I navigated an exciting career milestone. Mark always took the time to listen carefully to what I was saying, gave me time to explore my thoughts further and reflect on things that had happened. Mark also had some great ideas for me, which we talked through and explored together. We had a great connection, and I always felt listened to and supported. I can highly recommend working with Mark, he's been brilliant.

I loved everything Mark said and the way he interacted with me. It was warm and friendly and informative and his energy was just beautiful. Mark's mentoring helped me to further clarify my business offering and approach to finding and doing work.

Mark was able to help me interrogate my vision and reasons for being in business, thoughtfully presented and most enjoyable. I became to understand why things were not working and how to change direction for more positive outcomes. Mark is a good listener with a sense of humour.
